After months of sitting in my own process around becoming a new mom, I have teachings & information finally ready to share. This course is for any woman in our network who feels a deep calling to:

1. feel energetically prepared for your own pregnancy & birth (whether you are currently pregnant or not) 
2. transmute any pain from your own births & postpartum
3. experience a new lens on viewing motherhood & the space the healed, integrated, embodied feminine can hold on our planet

 There's no denying we are living in times of great change. My intention with this course is to provide a loving & safe space where we can gather to be completely REAL about the challenges & empowerment that exists as a woman giving birth in these times.  

 The 5 week call structure will cover a holistic & expanded perspective on the following:

1. Pregnancy
2. Postpartum Integration
3. Permission to Be
4. Parenting & Knowing your Baby's Design
5. Prioritizing Your Path Ahead

 We will gather on zoom each week and each 1 hour transmission will include:

1. A drop in as a group + time for connection
2. A teaching on that weeks' theme
3. A breathwork practice + visualization that offers both the opportunity to heal + empower yourself around the theme of the day

I firmly believe that all mothers deserve to live in a state of radical confidence after taking part in such an important rite of passage. Society has not set us up for that, in ANY way. Mama UPLEVEL is an opportunity, straight from my heart, to walk together in the future of motherhood everywhere. Sovereign , Empowered, Natural, Conscious Motherhood.
