 Aurianna Joy is a trauma-trained Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner, leadership coach, embodiment mentor, herbalist, doula, and trauma resolution educator based in Bend, Oregon who guides individuals on the delicate path of cultivating aliveness and living a life free from trauma. She supports women all over the globe in reclaiming their essential nature and embodying their natural rhythms through private mentorship, group coaching programs, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats.  

Shay is a Wholistic Health Advocate who is passionate about her craft. She enjoy creating herbal teas, essential oil blends, candles & crystal jewelry.

She began working with others through hairstyling promoting confidence, & fell in love with making people feel this good internally.

 Cristina founded The Rooted Method in 2018 because she saw people missing the core ingredient of a thriving life- remembering their wild nature & primal design. With years of experience in teaching, facilitating and guiding in group settings, she integrated those skills to create her unique methodology of nature therapy, brain training, and social permaculture. Her signature offerings include the Rewild Festival, Gaia’s Compass, A brain training certification, and community events–with the intention to instill new learnings, grounded perspectives, and excitement to live a less domesticated life.

Nirguna lives at the strong portal of Lake Atitlan , where he breathe an Artist retreat center Atitlan Arte Vista  has worked as a therapist at the  5 star eco -retreat center Villa Sumaya for more than 20 years and is a practicing architect, exhibiting artist and musician.
